September Brings a Change of Season and Some Wonderful News!

September has a special feeling.

The long, hot days of summer slowly begin to fade. The air becomes a little cooler, the days a little shorter, and soon the green leaves around us will begin turning into shades of yellow, orange, and red.

There is always a little bit of melancholy in September. Summer is saying goodbye, vacations are ending, schools are back in session, and another season of our lives quietly begins.

But here at Escape de Facto, we are welcoming September with some wonderful news.

Lincoln’s Best Escape Room, Two Years in a Row!

We recently received a letter from Business Rate informing us that, based on Google customer reviews, Escape de Facto has once again been recognized as Lincoln’s Best Escape Room for 2026.

What makes this recognition even more special is that we received the same honor last year.

2025 and 2026, two years in a row!

Of course, awards are always nice to receive. But for us, the real achievement is not the title itself. It is what stands behind it:

Across major review platforms, including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, Escape de Facto has now received more than 1,100 five-star reviews, maintaining an exceptional 5.0 overall rating.

For an escape room, where every group arrives with different expectations, personalities, ages, and levels of experience, maintaining a 5.0 average across such a large number of reviews is a milestone we are incredibly proud of.

But we also know very well that we could never have achieved it alone.

Every five-star review represents real people who walked through our doors, entered one of our stories, solved our puzzles, laughed, screamed, celebrated, got stuck somewhere, and maybe asked for a hint or two! and then took a few minutes afterward to share their experience with others.

That is why this recognition belongs to you as much as it belongs to us.
